About Me

I’m Aron, a German-Hungarian citizen living in Budapest, and I spent over twenty years in Germany – including my studies at the University of Würzburg (Economics) and also in the United States (Finance in South Carolina).

Because I know both countries so well, I understand exactly what German / foreign students and Hungarian landlords need.

Over the past years, I’ve helped several Hungarian property owners rent their apartments successfully to German students – and that’s how Budaflats was created.

My goal: to arrange apartments in Budapest without language barriers, stress, or misunderstandings.

I’m not a classic real estate agent, but your personal point of contact – reachable via WhatsApp or phone, always bilingual and direct.

Am I a Real Estate Agent?

Yes. I am a licensed real estate agent in Hungary, providing professional, transparent, and legally compliant support for buying, selling, and renting properties.

Availability depends on the situation. Direct communication is important to me – that’s why I prefer a short call to align expectations and update you on the current market.

The rental agreement is always signed directly between the landlord and the tenant. If required, a lawyer can also be involved in the process.

You only incur costs in the case of a successful placement!

Of course – on‑site viewings are no problem at all.
